To the Vassal Rulersof Turkistan and Greater Manchria:
From King Vijaya:
You drunk and ignorant fools.
First off to the Manchurian King: You had no right, at all, to touch the King of Turkistan. You will be punished adequately, as well as all of those who may have instigated the fight.
To the family of the late King of Turkistan: the Sinhalese Empire is grieving for your loss, and I, personally, am at a loss of words of the recklessness of the Manchurian King.
As for now, I will will ban the drinking of alcohol by all of the vassal rulers. If you cannot control yourself, you will never drink a drop of ANYTHING again.
I will be holding a meeting with all the vassal rulers. If this cannot be settled peacefully, Sinhala will and must step in both countries to restore order.
I will be as fair as possible and hear both sides of the story; I ask the people of Greater Manchuria and Turkistan to please support my efforts in bringing justice and peace to our lands.
If things cannot be resolved peacefully, I will personally go to Greater Manchuria and Turkistan and talk with the common man. Unfortunately, I do not have the appeal to the commoners as my father once had, but I will try and do my best.
If a change in leadership in feuding states must occur, a change in leadership will occur.
OOC: Das, I sent you a PM regarding the vassal situation. I need to know how popular the leaders of Turksitan and Greater Manchuria are, because it may be time for new leadership.
