I think more European countries, Venice would be cool, also some Eastern European ones. Also some ancient Near-East civs, I'm thinking Israel /Judaea, and Phoenecia.
I definatly agree that there should be more African civs and I think their should be a Canadian Civ so that you could play the Earth Scenario with out the Americans dominating North America!http://forums.civfanatics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

All Developed Countries (if to much just add the top 10)
the top 10 are pretty much there already...
Huh? Let's take a look at that top 10 (UN's Human Development Index)
1. Norway
2. Australia
3. Iceland
4. Canada
5. Ireland
6. Netherlands
7. Sweden
8. France
9. Switzerland
10. Japan
As far as I can tell, it would seem that only two of those top 10 are in the game (France ad Japan). You could perhaps count Iceland, Norway and Sweden if the Vikings are included, but they aren't really the same. And still it would only be five out of ten.
I don't agree that they should be added to the game, though. Only wanted to point out that they aren't already there.
13th place
11. Luxembourg
12. Finland
13. USA
14. Austria
15. Spain
I agree with all civs other than Macedonia. Much of Greece's culture was generated by the City-States. Macedonia only united the full peninsula and conquered Persia as a united people. Athens also united the Greeks (except for the Peloponnesian League and SPARTA). Anyways, you can hopefully just change the name of the civ in the Editor if you want to.I want:
1. carthage
2. assyria
3. Israel
4. greece becomes macedonia( ancient greece was never united, macedonia did that)
