I am glad you like this mod. Good improvements for AI will come in 1-2 months.
For your questions:
I cannot mine silver. I have an expert silver-miner, I have a mountain with a mine improvement and it has the silver bonus... Yet I can only mine ore...
It is may be a bug. If you have a save I will be able to figure it out what's going wrong.
But it should work. I have never face that issue before.
I cannot generate missionaries. Too early in the game or...? (currently in era 2, same for remark above)
We temporary disabled missionaries feature in the game. But we have planned to enable it back.
I can grow sugar but I cannot build a distillers house, nor can I recruit a distiller in Europe...
It is more a feature than a bug. Historically, rum was discovered later, so around 200 turns you should receive an information saying you have discover the rum. Then, you will be able to build a distillers house and recruit distillers. Anyway, it was not well implemented, but don't worry in our game like in reality, it is better to sell raw materials than manufactured goods.

The funny thing is that when I enter the world builder I can manually create all of them...
It is cheat mod, so you can do what you want :)

Feel free to ask more question, if you think it is unclear.

FYI, we have planned to work on a new project on this mod. It is have some mission from our king, with rewards and penalties. It should be very interesting :)

i just wanted to tell that is an amazing mod. i still play it regularly. but an update should be great ;-) also i am very excited about a new mod based on this one. do you any dates when it will be finished?

maybe a few things i would like to report some are very minor bugs...

the goods that you store are limited to the warehouses you build. but the ammunition is imune to the warehouse storage.

when you trade a lot with indians after a while they are asking to trade for rum. But of course there's not a possibility to trade any rum (that's way before turn 200). :)

general AI is a bit too easy. also when you chose custom a game you can't set the difficulty of the other civs. They are standard on "explorer". also it seems they have allmost no defense in their cities.

anyway great mod and keep up the good work. i'm sure many people like to play this mod!

I am glad to see, we have still DoaNE's players. We are currently improving general AI. I will try to give further information and fix the bugs you have mentioned.
 
Hello M07 I want to tell you DOANE v4.0 is great! I've seen that you are working on AI.. I wonder, do you have approximate date when the new version of mod will be released? I mainly play in single player and more challenging AI is something what I need to have more fun with DOANE :)

Just wanted to let you you know that the MOD is still awesome. What is the latest on the update of the MOD v5.00? And I have a few other things I am hoping you can help me with...

I found out why I could not mine silver, it can only be done between latitude 90 and 54 (huge map)

Still do not get the distiller though, even in turn 314, and after multiple games, he is nowhere to be seen...

When I built a shipyard, I cannot built the ship of the line or the frigate. The "highest" I can built is the naval escort, and we both know you can't win independence with these... Any files that I need to edit..?

A remark on the colonial wares to sell, I was wondering why spices are not in the list of merchandise to grow and sell? It was at the time one of the foremost tradeable commodities...

I cannot train veteran soldiers anymore, nor the (expert) medics - Bug or intended? If intended, which file must I edit to allow for training?

With the new version I have fixed this issue. If I remember, the sugar appears late in the game but may be too late :). I have reduce the turn of sugar discover.

It was intended and based on history. However, you can buy some of them in Europe. If I remember well.

Why not, It could be interesting. I will not do it for this version I am already late.

It was intended again to make them precious and valuable.

I think the file to change is CvUnitInfos.xml and put some probability of immigration.

I have more motivation to work on DoaNE, I will work on the mod tonight.

You know what, if I read more than 10 posts (of different players of course) that want to play to the next version of DoaNE, I will work everyday on the mod until I will deliver it.
