New downloads at Civ3.com

Okay, I haven't seen this anywhere (excuse if it's already been posted).

At civ3.com they added new c3c downloads for people who don't have ptw:
European terrain set
Winter terrain set
WWII terrain set
Unit sets:
Medieval Japan
Prehistoric

There are also localized version available of the Civ3X editor.

The units and terrains were already posted here in the Creation & Customization forum. As soon as we had verified word that they were being released, folks started posting them.

I tried to download the units but I get an an error when attempting to open the zip.

I will search the Creation for them.

I used the repair function of WinRAR to fix the error's of the zip's.
But it doesn't fix the error with the localized editor.

Yes, I noticed the same problem. All of the files are corrupted.

So, I have Civilization III original, does that mean the new stuff wouldn't work for me?

Since it seems the Civ3.com downloads are creating pbs and since the search forums is disabled, find the PTW extras in my signature.

Don't have/don't know what is the WWII terrain though.

Blackhalo : you can probably use them if you know how to install the units, replace terrains... The main difference (BIX format) should not cause you any pb as far as units or terrains are concerned.
