New Frontier Pass on Switch

Anyone having issues actually firing it up? I purchased the pass earlier today and I keep getting a notice when I try to play the game that "a new update is available. It will be downloaded now." When I click download, I keep getting the same screen.

It says that I have purchased everything in the e-shop bit will not install. Did I miss something? Is it not out for the Switch yet?
 
Man, don't bother contacting Nintendo Support. I sent them screens of the issues and they said they normally do not grant refunds. It will take 10-14 days to get a response if I am able to get a refund.

EDIT: And I got my refund. That was WAY faster than I thought it would be.

Wow what a bummer. I was enjoying an apocalypse mode game but restarted my Switch around turn ~300. Wish I wouldn't have downloaded the 'update' because now I can't load my save :(

I've been playing that run for over a week and now I can't continue.
 
hopefully, this will get solved next week. I have sent a ticket and are waiting for the response. Hopely they respond today or tomorrow.
 
good news is that I have a response and it said the development team has been notified!
hopefully it gets fixed by next week.
