I really can recommend a game I downloaded two days ago. It's completetly abut Mongols. It's called, BattleRex: Genghis Khan.
I am a huge fan of the history of the Mongolian Empire. So this game is right up my alley. Here is a link to a free test version on Apple.

I played Autum Dynasty and loved it. Fun with historic strategy games that has other themes then WW2.
