Spoiler :
A couple of potential Celtic names in Newfoundland, which has had significant Irish settlement over its history (to the point that it has its own original name in Irish - Talamh an Éisc (Land of the fish).
Baile Sheáin - St John's in English, the capital & main city on Newfoundland. There are records going back to the late 1700s / early 1800s of Irish settlers calling it this, literally 'Johnstown'.
Cill Bhríde - St. Bride's / Kilbride in English. This is probably the same tile as St. John's but was the furthest west settlement I could find. Named after St Brigid.
Tilting - The origins of the name is unknown and it isn't Celtic/Irish, but it's one of the oldest Irish settlements in the area and has featured in a number of news articles over the years due to it retaining its Irish culture

Also looked up the origins of Baltimore, as it was mentioned on the thread and sounded Irish. It's an anglicization of Baile an Tí Mhóir (Town of the Big House). However the original Baltimore in Ireland is called Dún na Séad in Irish (Fort of the Jewels , a somewhat noteworthy village due it being sacked by Barbary pirates in the 1600s).
