well thank you for bringing it to my attention but since there is nothing on the flcs I cant do anything sorry
so what is this rising sun thing your making? Nothing better than having a japanese help in a japanese scenerio

As to the flics - I really don't know. Since the rest looked very good I assumed the black dots had to with the palette (one color turning out as black), but that is just a wild guess.

Unfortunately the palette was the only think I could think of. The black looks like it is in areas originally covered by one color, and the rest of the background is just crystal clear - but I am no expert.

It was white I dont know why it would go black....
Can you check the rest of the eras?

Here are all four. It seems there is most black (white) in the first and last. Could it be that the entry on the palette which you use as white is reserved for black in the game? If you either map white to a different number, or use a similar color for the pixels in question, perhaps the problem will go away?

I can tell you how to fix this problem in Animation Shop Pro.

Load the flc, click on Animation/Replace colour.
Select to replace colour in all frames.
In the "Replace" section, select replace old colour and have match mode set at RGB value, tolerance 1. Click on the colour pad and the cursor changes to an eye dropper tool. With that, click on the area in the flc that is showing up black in-game.
In the "With" section, click on the colour pad and the cursor changes to the eye dropper tool again. Click on another colour within the flc that is very similar.
Click ok and Animation Shop Pro sorts it out.

It is important that you replace the old colour with one already in the animation as otherwise it won't work.

I can have a look at your other leaderheads, but fix this one first. My scenario graphics depend on it! Besides, installing civ3 again as you suggested earlier my be a good idea anyway.

I have been checking them
there were little problems with the other ones
but nothing like meiji
its all fixed
but im rendering some other things right now
it will be uploaded today though
