New Models for Cualli Civ

Yeah, I'm really surprised at how amazing it looks!

Hm, may have to learn how to reskin effectively :p
 
Well thanks guys, I am working on the skins now, and was wondering what people would like to see more, do they want to stick to their green lizard-men or maybe follow their blue leader =P
 
I'd say go blue, but I'm not sure :p

I actually dont see this metioned model anywhere in this thread, though I would love to :0

Also Turret how goes you efforts with animating and exporting to NIF for use in Civ 4, just cause Ive done a few finished up models for the RiFE race the Mechanos and thats were Ive hit a snag cause theres hardly any animators around.

Also as a side idea would need Valks input but some form of dinosaur mounts could be cool as horse replacements, but also like larger dinos like triceratops with actual ballistas/catapults set up on their backs like so would be a cool thing.

Their war elephant is already a dino, their hunter has dinos with him, and their horseman should be mounted on one already. :p
 
rchon, I am working on the texture for the model right now and will be messing with the animation soon. I made the model fit pretty well with an existing model with animation so I will try to adjust the rig to fit, paint the weights and see what animation work well. If I run into any problem I will be sure to post here any question so the community could help me out. =)

What do you think if the Cualli hunters/scouts that capture a wandering lizard be able to :

1) settle to give a "lizard" ressource that allows more powerful "horse-archers/horsemen" or a réduction in horse-archer/horseman cost in the civ.
2) settle to have a "lizard-stable" for allowing more powerful "horse-archers/horsemen" or a réduction in horse-archer/horseman cost in the city.
3) mount the lizard as the goblins can mount the wolves to become "horse-archers/horsemen".
