About negative trait effects
Poor Health Trait (name subject to change)
> +1 unhealthness in cities AND + 25% slower production of Public Well, Aqueduct, Waterworks, Bath House, Mass Transit System, Levee

This negative trait is meant to counteract Administrator trait by both bringing unhealthness and increasing costs for producing its buildings.

These leaders and their court are regarded as definitivelly having bad hygiene habits and as a result their civilizations tends to be epidemic magnets due to extra unhealthness on their cities

Edited idea, so now it counteracts Administrator trait by both bringing unhealthness and slower production of related Administrator buildings.
 
Previous version before edit was +1 unhealthness and +1 epidemics (that red symbol associated with epidemic chances), as a counteracting trait of both Administrator and Agrarian, although it missed slower production of some buildings.
 
It's always interesting to see new ideas, but what's your motivation here? Does this feel like current negative traits aren't sufficient? Are there leaders you think are best represented by this trait? Was it just an interesting idea you had and wanted to share for fun?
