Been playing Civilizations since it first came out and it just keeps getting better. At first i came here for the mods and stuff and yes theres some great stuff in there. But it seems this forum is a pretty friendly place on the whole so i actually registered and stopped lurking. Im a Sid player myself but its still amazing how many thing you can still pick up here from players from all levels of play. More of a multiplayer person myself (Humans learn to deal with you so your play has to evolve, well ok they learn some of the time) but i still enjoy playing the AI. Ive become fond of the one city challenge and 5 city challenge games., not something ive ever really considered before.

Stormbind, perhaps if you'd care to divulge the details of your secret operation to us, we could sympathise and stroke your virtual head and so forth... as of now, I don't know what to say except - God speed!

It is a medical operation and I am scared, mostly of general anaesthetic.

It is secret because people make (bad) prejudgements when presented with few details, and now I have gone and given a tiny detail... aargh!
