Aside from the absurdity of a petition *demanding* a patch, I guess you haven't heard of Civ3 Conquests? It fixed many of the problems PTW had. No, it isn't perfect. Some people still have problems, no matter what they try. But the 1.22f patch for Conquests is the last patch. All of Firaxis' Civ assets are going toward Civ4, which we expect/hope to be released late this year.
