I am pretty sure it contains the SDK.. it might just be the files that was modified from 1.61 to 1.74 though

Fixed crop yield history reset on load

This was definitely not fixed in the Warlords patch. I downloaded the patches last night through the game and it's still there.

I have the downloaded version from trymedia games, the patch does not work for me. I called take2 games and was told I had to wait for Trymedia to remake the patch. I contacted trymedia and the following are the responses I recieved from them.

available at that time. Any subsequent patches downloaded from the
publisher will not work with the downloadable version. We periodically
update our software with current patches, and by purchasing from us you
have the ability to redownload and reinstall the product for free to

Unfortunately, a patch for the downloadable version of your product is
not available at this time and there is no scheduled release date for
this patch.

Did this fix the memory allocation failures or what ever was causing so many crashes? Also if I dont have warlords, should I update to latest direct x 9 anyway?

Nvm I have checked and it does not work, still getting crashes and Dx9 did not help. I hope BTS fixes it... :/
