Works fine with the game I started with V.33

Also, did you fix the crash when France surrenders? Or is that a system specific flaw?

Now that I think of it, it make sense that saves are compatible if you don't have G+K, I've almost bring back all the vanilla database to fix the issues :D

And no, I didn't touch the "fall of..." code yet. I still don't know if a Lua solution can be found, or if I'll have to go the hard way (C++).

V.34 crashed on turn 15 (computer's turn) during 1939-1945, playing as Germany with History on.

does it crash again at the same turn if you reload the last save ?

can you post your lua log please ? (see first post of the debug thread)

Playing the v34, I can't see what convoys are carrying (in 1939 Europe Scenario).
Moreover my number of units is increasing almost each turn while I don't produce any unit, so I think it's because convoys are considered as military units. So is it possible to change it, because the limit number of units supplied is reached quickly.
I saw that the game prevented a german infantry to do a suicide attack against a B1 unit (which is a good thing :D ), but the problem is that unit was (before to attempt to attack) defending and so had +75% defense bonus, and then this bonus disappeared, so I wonder if it's possible to restore the bonuses after the suicide attack ?

Yes, noted, thanks for the report.

Don't know what cause this, seems that saving/reloading fix it temporarily.

I don't think that is needed to change, the penalty is not so high, and convoy are not permanent, keep them in mind, keep a marge.

I don't see a problem here (receive order to attack, prepare, re-organize troops, receive counter-order -> fortification bonus lost = feature)

But I need to work on that anyway as the combat is sometime visually played (even if in the end the unit health/experience is not impacted for both side)

thanks !

now I'd like to test your save, to see if it's really the last convoy in the log that cause the crash, or something else...

you'll find your save in "\My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\ModdedSaves\single", and you can host it on www.mediafire.com if it's too big for the attachements of posts on the forum, TIA :)

thanks, I'll have a look when back from work.

OK, so I started over again with the same scenario. At the end of turn 5, it happened again. I ran the save again to make sure, and with the same result.

Here's the Log:

Here's the link to save game for this one. . . . hopefully you downloaded the other, as this one over wrote the first. . . . my bad.

Something I noticed: city states don't show their units until war is declared. I moved units into Slovakia both games to invade Poland from the south, and the first time I saw the the Slovak units just appeared out of thin air, and the first time I noticed that one unit appeared, stacked under my unit. This time, it was the turn that I was declaring war that it crashed. I don't know if that matters to you, but it might be important.

G.

does not crash for me, which link did you use to get the DLL please ?

I'd ask you to try the small Europe then. If it doesn't crash with this one, I can reduce the range of possible problems.

Yeah, it crashed again. Which scenario is the small europe? I haven't played any other than 1939-45
