I have the earlier Eagle Games Civilization Board game. It's totally broken and easily gamed (no pun intended). My friends and I had to create elaborate house rules to make the game even playable. It's fun though.

I'm not buying the version in the OP though, as the Eagle Games Civilization Board game allows up to 6 players, and the featured version here only is for 2-4 players. Lame.

I had the original game but it was slow and petered out to... nothing really. It wasn't gripping or exciting in any shape or form.

I would say that if anyone is capable of doing it, it's Fantasy Flight.

Just be prepared to scratch your head at their rulebook.
