new small bugs

here is an easier one to fix i think lol:

I had the Autocracy finisher (+25% for 50 turns for all units) and the unhappiness malus (hard to end conquest victory on huge map without getting under -9, but I managed until 2 last turns :)

here is the bug: my air units did no have the +25% bonus from autocracy anymore, only the -33% applied
(other bonus still applied)

Petra seems to have no effect on flood plain improved by farm and plantation. So far I've seen it works only with mines. I use GEM beta stage 2 and CivUp v22.
Btw. I am not sure that Follower Beliefs - Religious Center works properly. It didn't give me 2 happiness last time I played it. Perhaps I forgot to spread religion.

Petra doesn't effect flood plains by default. Only desert hills and regular desert tiles.

CIVUP 23 G&K bug

I just found this a few minutes ago. When I go to the trade screen (the one added in from the top) and click on sell resource to any leader, this is the screen that comes up. If I go to buy a resource the normal trade window occurs, and with the leader and trade window coming right up.

If I sell resource the normal way, i.e. clicking on a city of the leader, or finding the leader from the diplomacy screen there are no problems.

Just found another one, I think. I've never had the chance to build Petra, but I don't think building Petra should take away your food, gold, and production!

Petra works great for certain cities, but the net effect on flood plains is zero. It helps desert hills, plain desert (perfect spot for a great person improvement), and really buffs oasis.

Can be overwhelmingly powerful in the right city, particularly with desert faith. (+1 faith in desert tiles)

I guess the wording in Civup is confusing for Petra. In vanilla g&k it adds plus 1 food, gold, and production according to the civlopedia. In this mod it's taking away 1 food, gold, and production from flood plains. I didn't build it, but that just seems wrong.

Maybe it is the desired effect that Thal wanted the wonder to have, and if that's the case okay its not a bug but a design choice in this mod.

But as a player, I don't see why I would build the wonder as it cripples my city.

It doesnt hurt anything, it just doesn't help flood plains. It adds the gold, food, hammer to all desert tiles, but then subtracts them for flood plains. Its only worth it if you have a fair number of desert tiles, particularly hills and oasis. It is especially powerful on a desert hill next to a river.

The tool tip is confusing. I suggest building it, and then checking your city. I have found it to be game breaking in certain cities.

Sorry, I guess I don't understand how this wonder works as I've never built it before and the last game was the first one where I could build it.

What does it do for desert tiles? It adds +1 food, gold, and hammer to all desert tiles? But removes that additional bonus from flood plains since they are technically desert tiles and with the additional +1 they would be too overpowered?

If that's the case itmakes sense, sorry for the confusion the tool tip made it hard for me to understand what was happening.

CivUP + Stage 3 of GEM.

Religious city-states don't grant faith when friendly/allied.

It improves all the desert tiles worked by this city and doesn't change anything to floodplains. The tooltip is confusing and should be modified.

Not sure if this is a bug, but the city-states I'm allied can't access their coal. I'd like to pay them to improve the coal resource, so I'd get coal but that's not an option. Another city state of mine has a mine on top of their coal, but it still says 0/3 coal. Any idea why that is?

Mods = CIVUP .23, RED (latest version), and Infoaddict.

Oh, also the trade screen isn't working properly. Though I'm not sure if this is a conflict between the three mods I'm using or just a bug with CIVUP .23

As you can see the nice custom trade screen that's in the mod (and a god send!) only shows one civilization (Sweden), but I've met several more.

I also just noticed the social policy military caste does not impact happiness like it should. When I garrison my troops there's no difference on happiness. Here's a few screen shots demonstrating it:

Could that be a local happiness issue? You've got a colosseum in one of the cities at a size one (and one in the other city). More local happiness might not add any more.

When possible, please start a separate thread for each issue you find. There's a lot of stuff to deal with and it's easier to keep track of when each problem has one thread. I'll try to get to these things later tonight. :)
