I was talking about natural wonders :D

I can totally read. Its not 6am or anything :blush:

Anyway I believe it shows up in the city under "from terrain", assuming you're working the tile. Either that or its in the overview. Or in the tooltip on the top bar. Or nowhere lol

And the Authority opener still says barbs only.

What's the problem? Works fine for me (after the initial 'too much traffic' hiccup).

G

Seems like it was a temporary issue. Worked fine after few hours.

On another note, is it only me or the name for construction and masonry technology switched around?

It should exists, I mean they have 3 yields less than the other ones.
Oh, the ones inside your territory. My bad, I thought you were talking about the old happiness for discovery. I'm not sure where that happiness shows up.

Some time ago now, I was going to point it out when I first found out, but honestly names of techs doesn't really matter much to me.

I think the discovery happiness still exists as well, at least that shows up on my happiness-screen

I'd just like to point out that I've once again tested this, and Morocco's UA does still not scale with era. And this is not just a UI error, the actual value received is wrong.
I started a traderoute with a city-state in renaissance era and got +1 culture per turn from it (should be 3 unless I'm mistaken)

Also on a completely unrelated note, where does the happiness from natural wonders inside your territory show up? I can't find it anywhere(probably because I'm blind, but whatever :D)

Works for me, but I'll make a check. I wonder if the era scaler is tied to game era jbsrraS of player era.

Warscore stuff is like that - the AI is a little more demanding than it is willing to give as a result of war. Also, warscores are sometimes not perfect mirror opposites because the AI's recalculation happens before yours.

Could just be a local problem I guess, but considering I've clean-slated my civ-installation and still get the exact same error I find that unlikely.

Also I don't think it is tied to game-era, because at the time of testing I was 2 eras behind the techleader :D
On a completely unrelated note, you run the risk of falling behind extremely much if you start out isolated...

Yep. But that's fairly representative of history. I like it. :)

Absolutely.

So how about those Natural wonders? Where does the happiness from them show up? And how much happiness are they supposed to give anyways? I think you said you changed it to 2, but the in-game ui still says 1, and the happiness screen doesn't say anything :D

You don't get any happiness just for discovering them or having them in your borders, unless the natural wonder itself generates happiness. It'll appear in your top panel drop down ('happiness from discovered natural wonders' or something).

Oh, so 'from discovered wonders' is not from discovered wonders :D. I guess that explains that.

What era were you in? Scaling doesn't start until the Medieval Era.

Edit: nevermind, valid define didn't make it into the release build. Was invalid. Is fixed in hotfix I just posted for just the CP. Savegame compatible.

Thanks :D

Why doesn't the era scaling start until medieval btw? I mean I know it doesn't, but I've seen people asking and I don't really have a good answer.

Eras are stored as integer values.

Ancient = 0 (forced to 1 in DLL to prevent negation)
Classical = 1
Medieval = 2

Trait is multiplied by the integer, so Medieval is the first one to actually increase the value.

That was actually exactly what I thought. I guess that programming course I was forced to take is actually paying off.

No clue if this is intended or not, but clearing barb-camps with the authority opener doesn't give extra culture anymore.

Is the lack of culture from Piety finisher on holy sites intended? It used to give 2-3 culture if I remember right?

I noticed that the CBP was still using an old version of the Soviet Levy for the Guerilla Fighter. Here's the updated icon, if you'd like to use it (credits to Janboruta, of course):

However, I've also gone ahead and updated the atlas accordingly. If from the latest CBP they haven't changed this could save some time. Link.
