new wonder : European Union

I'm making some new wonders and buildings. Here's the first one.

The European Union

It's the European Parliament in Brussels. The zip contains large and small pcx's and a wonder splash.

nice job and sorely missing...maybe it increases the happiness in 1/all cities? allows diplomatic victory?

With european maps or scenarios, I use it to replace the UN to allow diplomatic victory.

On world map, it can increase happiness in every cities and more money in the city that built it.

Or alternatively increase happiness in city that built it, decrease happiness in every other city and cost maintenance of 100 gold per turn.
