Disappointing that no workshop as well...could have sworn something would come at 90 days with Aztecs....pity also that there doesn't seem to be a community rep who can tell us what is going on or what to look out for and generally keep a buzz going around the game and its development.
I just noticed that I have the Aztecs now. Since when did they give us this for free? I did notice my Steam had updated itself less than an hour ago. Any info of patches that might have attached itself to this update?

So all this complete lack of communication and being seemingly unresponsive to customer needs (giving the appearance of an uncaring and ambivalent attitude that is more about money than product quality and the player experience) is the fault of 2K's policy of gagging their development studios?
I've held off writing a review for a while, as I've sort of enjoyed my time in game, but the more you play the more glaring the many problems become apparent. I was really hoping for a patch with Aztech unlock. There isn't - not good enough. Negative review going up then.

I believe civ 4 and civ 5 were a good bit more problematic at launch. Not just with combat AI but considering all features.
Got enough confidence that the game will be in a very good state after 2-3 patches or release first expansion.
It is not ideal but it is what you expect from a game as complex as civ these days. I`m enjoying civ 6 at the moment but only when i dont punish the AI to much. Playing economically.
There was no indication that there would be a patch with the Aztec unlock.
If there isn't a patch ready, it's not going to be released.
Patches are designed to fix issues. It seems counterintuitive to expect them to be released on a particular date, rather than... when the issues are actually fixed.
