I will Govern Chryshe now. I have all of the analysis and poll designed.

Regarding Elysium, I am out of time. MonkE, Civ1, perhaps one of you could post a poll on Elysium. I guess the choices are Continue Market, IPRB Market then start University, or switch Market to University. Then efficiently apply IPRB to complete University. No crash projects, puhleeze! I'd prefer the Market, Btw, but I recognize it is very tough to ever find the time to build a University. Maybe now, with the $huge India Silk Payoff.
 
IPRB does not apply to city improvements. Every shield costs 2 gold no matter how many. We just PRB as many shields as seems wise.

In the present case, I'm willing to RB the Marketplace and maybe PRB for the University so the improvements come online sooner. I believe it's worth the gold to get the University ASAP.
 
Did anybody notice that the land south of Lindholm (with the wheat) is an island? There is only one black square not revealed but you can clearly see that the tiles on either side go straight so it's not attached to Viking mainland.
We should claim this island before the Vikings do. It's also a great lookout spot, you can see Viking ships passing by moving in our direction.

I also marked a nice city spot, claiming all land-tiles of the island. There is another spot on the forest 2NW of the spot I marked which will also have the fish W of the island in it's radius but I prefer the spot I marked as the fish can be in the radius of a city we will found on that island you can see W of the fish. Maybe that island is Spanish territory, that land can be connected to the land Cordoba is on. We'll see in the future. :)

Excellent idea to put a town on the island, then maybe use a trireme as a 'bridge' to Scandinavia!

The wind is not blowing too strongly. We are on course, subject to planning regarding the new University, the Indian Maps, and all of that.

Keep Tax 30%, Max Science 70% - Approved 8 of 8.
RC Silk Delivery to Dehli (or either city as amended)
RC builds Leonardo's Workshop, perhaps after 4 game turns
Maybe build Marco Polo, as soon as we have 4 Caravans for it?
Maybe Republic, As Soon As Possible, ASAP
  some concern over unit support and unhappiness.
Maybe move again Saturday, this turn seems easy
