Next War Scenario: CTD upon ending turn

Bug: Game CTDs upon ending turn while playing Next War (scenario version). There is no error message the program just shuts down.

To Reproduce:

1)Load attached save
2)Click on next turn
3)Instead of going to the next turn the game will crash to desktop without an error message.

This is while playing BtS version 3.02.

Upon further testing I notice that if I make peace with The Lady I can go to the next turn, however if I end the turn while still at war the game will shut down.

I'm having a similar issue with a non-Next War game. I'll try to get someone to make peace and see if it helps; I think it has something to do with modern-era units.
