Living in Lions' country, you should certainly be an expert on that :p

I cheer against them all year long, I'm a Viking fan--and getting to be an expert on it this year :(

The Redskins are in trouble if Jason Campbell is being considered as a franchise QB.

Because he's not very good.

I saw him play plenty in college. Auburn went undefeated because of two main reasons - Ronnie Brown and Cadillac Williams. Not Jason Campbell.

Yes, but that was 2 years, and he's been learning how to play the game. I'm not saying he's going to be John Elway, or for that matter, Mark Brunell in his prime, but he's going to get the job done hopefully.

Northwest Eastern Illinois State (or wherever the hell Romo went to school) > Auburn :p

Jason Campbell was picked in the first round because of his physical attributes, he wasn't even a first round consideration until the combine. I have a feeling he might suck it up, ala Kyle Boller in that respect. Hopefully for you, Saunders & Brunell have taught him well. Hopefully for me, he becomes Quincy Carter with a higher draft choice :mwaha:

He wasn't a 1st round pick period, the skins suprised everyone when they traded up to grab him in the 1st.

He was considered a late first, early second if I remember right.

QC, I liked and supported the guy, but our #1 ranked defense carried us to the playoffs. He had something like 17 TD's and 20 INT's. Then he relapsed on his crack addiction, then did the same thing with the Jets. It's Canada time for him.

I think Carter had enough chances.

On another note for QB. THe season is not looking good for my Pats now that they signed Vinny Choke-a-verde. This scares me if they are actually considering him to play. Hopefully he is just coming on as a QB coach to help get Brady back on track. He has been looking really bad the last couple weeks. If he had been playing better then the Pats would not have lost last week at least and maybe would have beaten the Colts. I hope he isn't already suffering form Premadonna Syndrome that so many young SB champs get.

He's suffering from "my recievers suc" syndrome :p

I was going to say, " isn't Payton their offensive coordinator anyway? "
He gets to pick between 3 plays that Dungy or the OC gives him. That lets him make the best choice of the 3, but Dungy's Offensive playbook is barely pro level and very unimaginative. If the Colts weren't so talented on Offense, even Payton calling the plays wouldn't help them.

Late response, but I hadn't read back to see what response I had gotten before.

Lee Evans has 200 yards recieving through the FIRST QUARTER

And he's on my fantasy team ;)

McNabb and Colston taken off field. Wow! And Cambell can throw it deep, not saying it about Recievers catching it, but still.

Colston not being on the field is killing the Saints -and- my fantasy team. They've had about four drops and a fumble that Colston would have held onto.. and they'd be routing the Bengals.

Well, the Eagles are done. McNabb down and trailing by 11 to the Titans at home.

I wonder how long the fickle fan of Philadelphia will tolerate this before calling for Reid's head.

Of course, McNabb has always been overrated, but without him, they have no chance at all of making playoffs.
