On this one, I determined to maintain a large standing army. They are all super polite but the French, perhaps because I took all but one city and pushed her into the sea.
Nobody is a challenge now, but the Egyptians. they are neck and neck in every respect, and I gain only slightly each turn. I watch them carefully, although they have never been aggressive against me. She is being sweet right now. But then she has at least one of every luxury, and so far every resource. I think i will pay the cost and corner the rubber resources. I could. I have all of N and S America, and could possible get Australia. Problem there is it is 14 turns away, at 4 moves per turn.
She just cancelled her mutual proteciton pact, so maybe she is up to somthing. Nobody else can even make one.
As soon as my rails are complete, I can move any unit anywhere it is needed--except ocean. And I rule the seas anyway.
