[NO BUG] What happen to the citizen icon: Citizen icon vanished!

Not sure what to call it, but yesterday I could open a town and see a bust for each tile. Green, if worked. Black if not worked.

You could remove a pop and put it on a structure or another tile. Today I do not have that icon? I also now see many tiles not fully painted. Just a blank tan or green, no detail.

Was a patch put on last night?

Yes, here has been a patch, but it should not have addressed graphical things.
