[NO BUG] Workers don't show what they are working on when hovering

According to the Civilopedia, workers should show what they are working on when hovering the cursor over them. They don't.

The Civilopedia entry is called: "How much time is left?"

You can adjust the options for how long you have to hover before getting the detailed info, to prevent too much crap appearing when moving your cursor. I think the default is 1.5 seconds. If I hover normally, I don't see how long the worker will take. If I hover for 1.5 seconds, I do.

How long are you hovering for?

You're right. It does show if you keep the cursor perfectly still for 2 seconds. Only problem is that I had to disconnect my mouse to achieve that
