No Interface on SVN

Hey, so finally moved to SVN but now cant see the interface (just terrain and units)

I have searched and the solution seems to involve the duirectory and regedit but I think because I downloaded through Steam I can edit this....

Any help? Its windows 8

Did you clear the cache before you started this new game?

Did you completely remove the old before using to the SVN?
