No "OPTIONS"

After installing the new patch, I noticed that nothing happens when I am in the MAIN MENU of BTS and click OPTIONS.

Nothing doing.

Is that normal?

no it is not normal. I am guessing you have used the 3.03 patch - that caused so many bugs and solved so little that it is an outright mess. the next patch (3.13) has now been announced and is supposed to be out early next week - if that does not solve your problem, I fear uninstalling and applying just the newest patch (that is NOT 3.03) will be the next step
