No Production menu ??

The game seems to start correctly, but after founding my 1st city, the menu for production choices does not come one, just the city background. I cannot choose between scout and warrior. Does anyone know how to turn this menu back on. Thanks in advance for your kind help.

I think the first thing to do would be to check the integrity of the files via Steam. Maybe something went wrong with the download of the update.

Thank you. I am not sure how to do that. I played ok yesterday, so the new DL tracks.

Thanks again. Your response had me check the mods I had and it seems like the City Hall mod was the culprit. I have disabled it and all the others I have seem fine. Thanks for your assistance!!!
