Noble help cause i need it

Hi I'm having serious trouble with my noble game and i know my mind is to basic for noble but warlords is to easy so im wondering if you could help me please here's how the games is set its continents, marathon length, the world is huge, and I'm using the warlords expansion pack

I'm not very good so please bear with me my main problems is poor money management poor army creating and poor growth please help *by poor growth i mean i either grow to fast and have no money for techs or to slow and have no space.

4 pieces of initial advice when learning the game:

1) Play standard size maps

2) Don't play Marathon speed (although this is arguable)

3) Play leaders with better traits that are helpful for newer players - like FIN or ORG (AGG and IMP are not considered the best of traits)

4) Play BTS

and an extra bonus piece of advice: Read the strat articles in the War Academy (especially the Beginners guide and city specialization)

your best advice is that last part about reading the beginner guide and city specialization. 1-4 can mostly be ignored.
