The FIFA World Cup (Not-so-useful event)

First turn : -50% :hammers: in all civilizations while the games are being played
+1 :) from Wheat (beer)

At the end of the turn, the RNG chooses the civilization that wins the cup at random.
Next turn : The winning civ gets 3 turns Golden Age, but if they're Brazil then they also get the Pelé Great Person. Pelé then can build his own special building, the Maracana Stadium that removes all unhappiness in all Brazilian cities.
The others civilizations get 5 :mad: for 3 turns.
After that the event repeats itself infinitely.

You actually mentioned the Bolsheviks, the ones responsible for the czars' Russian Empire to turn into the USSR! Read that part of your original message (in post #66 on this thread):

Let's be a bit more specific:

Revolution (Not-so-useful event)
Requires: Communism or Divine Right or Fascism.
Your leader are changed into Lenin or Khomeini or Mussolini (or some similiar Not-so-useful GP) for 12-100 years. In this period you're in exile and totally out of control.
+2:mad: in all cities.
-2:gold: in all cities.
Each turn:
10% chance of the New Leader declaring war at one of his neighbours (afterwards you have to live with the consequences).
10% chance of drop in population due to Ethnic Clensing or Civil War or Famine (Not-so-useful events).

When you regain control, for the next 10 turns:
+2:mad: or +2:) (changes randomly in each city)
-50%:gold: or +50%:gold: (changes randomly in each city)
10% chance of a new Revolution.

(This is a very complex event, so feel free to suggest changes.)
