notice of changes?

Will they (2k) publish a list of all things that have changed? something official without rumors....for example I read somewhere that the citadel now converts all land that touches it to your civ's....they are changing ranged weapons and so on....

Doubt it.. I don't think any expansion pack ever releases the full changes log.

The changes are probably a little too far ranging for patch notes to be released. Particularly with the completely new features.

On a similar note, I kind of hope they will release an electronic manual like they did for the vanilla game. Yes, it'll be out of date quickly, but it was nice to browse through everything. Plus, it's nice to see the voice actors get credit, since I don't think the DLC voice actors ever got recognition.

As for a list of changes, I'm sure fans will compile a list pretty quickly. Arioch's site has gone a long way to that so far and we don't even have the game.

A lot of changes will likely be made in the patch, and so there will be patch notes.

I'm pretty sure there'll be patch notes, but not 'expansion notes'
