I'm suffering from that too. I'm in a habit of dying early as innocent, save for my epic-length game in Snakes & Foxes 3 which might be considered a slightly different game.

But every time I live longer than 5 days in a NOTW/Mafia, I'm a bad guy. Pity that I'm still not a fan of being a bad guy, because I make most game time as one...

When I first started we were lucky to get between 20 and 25 players. Getting stuck with only 30 isn't bad at all.

I'm used to the 36-player format, actually. There was Renata's, Chand's and oyzar's, all with 36.

Okay... as of now we have 28 players for certain and 2 reserves, and I don't see much more coming. Unless there's a big crowd waiting when I return I'm going to assume we play a 30-player game.

If there are people going to sign in for places past 30 players, you might not be certain of a spot in the game. You're still on the reserve list, but I cannot give any guarantees.

Also, 19 October might be a longshot but I'm going to try and have it up then.

Well, normally we charge up front. But this is a special case. Since it is quite likely that only a few will survive, why divide up the pay now when we could have more later on.
