Nubian Citys(Single Era)

I'm going to make some walls shortly. You can use these for Nubia or for a combined Egyptio-African culture group, whichever you prefer.

LBPD and Arne must be credited for the creation of the orginal African(Arne) and Egyptian(LBPD)... cities

Also, by popular demand I've created some Medival Nubian Cities...

And now Walled versions of the first two eras:

Ya...sorry if your getting an error with the first preview, I saved it incorrectly using PSP 3(A very old program), you can view it with Photoshop however, and probably Windows Paint as well, maybe some other programs to..

This one is even better! I especially like the gate in the metropolis. Well, actually, the metropolis as a whole.... just stunning.

I very much like the tower in the medieval village. What is that and where did it come from?

These are really good cities. Even though they only recycle existing graphics, the composition is nice and they have a very distinctive look.

I'm glad you like them Red....I'm not sure if I should bother with the Industrial and Modern Eras though, because at that point, the Nubians were totally overrun and their civilization destroyed by Muslim invaders(see the Sudan for examples)

Plotinus: The Tower is from Arne's orginal African cities, which, along with LBPD... form the basis for these cities. The Spire is from King Xerxe's Egyptian cities however

Well, here's a thought (just a thought):

Bóreas, although he hasn't been around lately, was making that Unification of Egypt scenario. He required some Nubian cities, where all the eras were 'ancient', but had semi-eras within the ancient era (If that makes any sense at all )
Bóreas originally requested that I do those for him, but since you are already into some Nubian cities, Sword of Geddon, and (but only) if you wanted, you could take on the job.
There's a nice description of what the cities would look like in Bóreas' "materials needed" thread, too.

Whatever you choose to do, I look forward to your future works

Hm, looking at these really nice (although do include an ingame preview, in bmp format next time) cities i am thinking that perhaps one should stick to formats like those.
