Nuking Bugs

I noticed a few things. In this save that I will post, I am already at war with Japan and Aztec. Japan has a Naturalist unit inside my land. Axtec has an AT Crew. When I go to nuke them in my own land it will also hit some of my own trader units, it gives a buggy message. Something like "Are you sure you want to declare war on Japan?" even though I'm already at war with them. This seems to happen when I'm going to hit my own units with the nuke. Maybe it should read "Are you sure you want to nuke your own units?"

Also, when any part of the nuke is going to hit my own land, the battle animation does not play.
