Such as stonehenge give engineer points rather than prophet,

and the one which is nagging me.. NO HORSES NEEDED FOR WAR CHARIOTS!?

Hmm. Ok. fair point, I'm not convinced about trading posts over cottages either

Would've be cool to have both. Like for example trading posts giving an istant +3 gold on the tile, while having cottages giving first +2, then +3, and at least +4 (and maybe an hammer).

Would've be a strategical decision to have an istant gold income bonus or to get a larger one by time.

I didn't even notice the horses thing. It kind of makes me mad because when I saw I had no horses on my first game, I completely avoided whatever tech gets chariots.

It's written on the tooltip of war chariot. I do no agree with the decision too (meh, i have horses on my troops even... if i don't have horses really? What's the point?)

Its the Eqyption UU, so it has to confer some advantage. Only gets 1 extra movement (5 vs. 4) compared to chariot archer. Gives you a fast unit if you don;t have any horse. I'd agree that it is a little unrealistic, but it does provide for a different strategy for Egyptians. If every UU was just attack +1 or the like, they would be pretty boring.

Maybe they can only move downhill? ;)
