Ok here we go: just building factories and hoping someone declares on us.

2550 vote we are 2 short. Bulrathi vote for Sakkra. However, there is a battle going on for drakka, and I believe we can try for it this turn.

Can't say it's too exciting, as the game is clearly won--just waiting.

I would say we should either

a) call it a win and play another game
b) at the next vote if we can't win vote in the Sakkra and take a final war (should also be easy).

Heh, I played it out to 2550 starting from my last turnset and was fortunate enough to have the cats declare on me. So I absorbed their entire empire over the space of a dozen-ish turns, leaving them only a single ultrapoor on the far side of the map, and won the vote easily.

Yeah, we win. Whoopee.

Next game, I think we should leave some options on the table for warmongering.
