Well i could see having the seti program as a national wonder of sorts, but Im not sure of the specific bonus it would represent. As to your exact feature request, Id think once the building or project is built, the search begins. I dont understand why they would do that, do you win an ET victory? Maybe some1 could make a mod that you do a seti program, contact aliens, then get a future tech or other bonus. It would be silly to just contact aliens and then be done with it. You need to have a reason first as to why I am putting hammers towards this project. Any thoughts?

Yeah, But of course there will be bonuses.

Like, Say, Economic, Like more E.T Research is put in to from local people, Giving you more resources, For Militaristic, You can trade wapons with the E.T'S, You can also gain like, Territorial bonuses, And research Bonuses, etc...

Two ideas for alternate outcomes with alien contact (from the hip):

1. They are hostile. Its all-around effect so all nations automatically team-up to fight off the invaders.
2. They are peaceful. sleep Maybe you have idea, it was from the hip you know…

Actually, We can use the Seti Project, Then create the Big-Ear Telescope in your capital, And then you can scan.

In real life, The man that got the WOW! Signal was using the seti program.
