I'm trying to figure out how to set up outlook express so that if I don't read a messages after a certain amount of time, it will automatically forward that message to my phone.
Does anyone know how to do this? I don't want it to forward me all messages, only messages that have remained unread for more than x amount of time.
Thanks

This seems like a really tedious way of managing messages... the standard now is really to use IMAP.

The reason I want to do this is so that if one of my teachers sends me an email while I'm away from my computer (like if I'm out of town) I won't find out about the email like a week later. It's not a default do this for every message plan, it is just a back up plan in case I make a mistake.

Why don't you just do it with every message?

I have my phone set to sync the last 7 days worth of messages.

Something like you're looking for (fowarding, you'll probably need a second address for it) is kind of non-standard and won't work smoothly with best-practice imap standards.

I just realized that I should have offered more clarification.
1. I have a dumb phone
2. It can however recieve emails
3. Outlook express 2007 (I think I said that already but I'm not sure)
