Outlook EXpress???

Im using a brand new computer and when i recieve an email with an attatchment it is greyed out and i cant open it or have an option to open it.

I know this is some security feature, cause it happened once before on Win 98, but i dont remember how to remove it.

Could someone please help, im using XP home and need to access my emails.

Possible solution: Open OE, go to Tools, Options, then the Securiy tab.
