To all my fans out here, a new patch is waiting for you! I hope, I didn't forget anything so that you have a bug free game experience.



Patch 6.4.0 (04.07.2020):

- original skin for Assyrian siege tower (CIV V made by MightyToad, big THX!)
- spy 2 movement again. Great spy keeps 3.
- Pyramids higher iVisiblePriority
- new fog by Ramk
- fog is moveable, needs 4 mov. points
- iInstanceCostModifier in UnitClassInfos compared
- new world unit: Helepolis (torsion siege engines)
- 1-plot-isle bonuses for coastal cities possible (redge)
- all camel units double movement in desert
- Fix: LimesGermanicus Scenario: castrum is no building anymore -> improvement. Burgus-improevement (Castra) changed to castrum
- Latifundiums smaller, usable for hills
- the builder of the Silk Road doesn't get money anymore, but 3 loaded carawans
- sea peoples a bit stronger again

- Bugfix: pharao's guard couldn't get on horses

- better UI: Activation of autom. trade routes: the city of the active plot is the first possible selection. To choose the target and you are in an enemy city, your CIV is the first option.
- Oppidum gets a new skin (of Dun). Dun gets skin of high walls.
- Bugfix: civ-special units (mercenaries, trade, city, barbs): standard wasn't used, when CIV didn't had a special unit for that class
- Fix: veteran legionaries -> praetorians (only with regulars)
- better UI: grain and live stock bonuses can be replaced by the same type (on a plot)
- Fix: stable building while pasture was in neighbor territory
- concepts: The Seven World Wonders
- new special building: nekropolis (with city status): for some CIVs only
- Bugfix: AI, druids that sacifice slaves
- Fix: higher AI value for flotsam, so that the AI wants to get it
- no auto promo for ship building
- Fix: city revolt status bar: more infos: chance for a nationality revolt (BTS), yellow and red colored bar
- Map-Interface (White Circle): supply wagon with monument: marks cities that do not have that building
- Map-Interface: culture of emigrants now in the bottom left info panel too
- wagon: can now buy goods to distribute from vassal cities (vassal gets money). also from vassal plots (the resouce will not be removed then).
- prefectures can also promote units and take treasure now
- Fix: no mobility promo for healers
- Bugfix: dark Ice lost with sand storm and locust plague
- Bugfix: fire service needs aqueduct
- new feature: civil war (see concepts)

Patch 6.4.1 (25.09.2020):

- civic changes
- new pedia overview for civics

- changes in tech tree round in Iron Age
- wonder Mansion of Millions of Years enables all religion civis
- new techs in Late Antiquity
- new tech martyrium, new unit relic -> new building martyrion (+1 trade route)
- for scenario makers: TECH_DYARCHIE has gone (scenarios are adapted)
- Fix: Sports League: stadion instead circus (build x circuses) with Greek gods as requ.
- Fix: no fog on dark ice
- Fix: Egyptian shield bearer was promoted to Hypaspist
- Fix: Tribal Chief was promoted to Tribal Chief
- War Band strenght 11
- Domestic advisor: symbol when cities are in civil war
- civil war building: negativ prod and culture in this city
- Fix (try): AI merchants, no available route found
- emigrants with tech colonization buildable again
- changed and improved culture change when using emigrants

Attention: for religion civics you need a state religion! I forgot to add a help text for that! I'll add that.
 
I had to upload the patch again today. The religion civics didn't work. Now they should.
 
I haven't upgraded from 6.3 yet, but it doesn't seem to appear in the patch notes anywhere:

The Persian Immortal Guard shows the green upgrade button at rank "eran anbaraghbad", however upon moving the unit to a provincial capital (as indicated by the green circle) no upgrade happens (the appropriate sound plays, but no money is subtracted). I am guessing this is due to the game trying to upgrade the unit to an Apple bearer, just as it would do with an Immortal (which is circular as an Apple bearer upgrades to an Immortal Guard). I am further guessing you want the promotion tree to end there, as the Immortal Guard (which is sadly limited to one per empire) is the strongest infantry unit where base strength is concerned.
 
yes thanks, I just implemented it some days ago for the next patch. for Persian Immortal Guards and lots other units (tribal chiefs, sons of mars,...) the veteran promo should be deactivated.
