The existance of a recognized state has nothing to do with a people's right of self determination. Since the area was under british dominion, of course there would not have been a country called palestine.

Yes, but they were a minority, which has nothing to do with their right to exist, but it does have a very large part to do with exclusionary practices and land usurping.

State organized oppression and terrorism does not exist on the same scale for palestinians anywhere in the middle east. Those governments are repressive to all their people, but not as genuinely racist, and genocidal as israel's policies.
