There is an (old) WWII scenario, made by Aeldrik. The thread is the following:

However, for the scenario to work, it needs 3 changes:
- Correct the "Scenario Search Folders" by removing the word "conquests"
- Copy all the PTW WWII units to the Art\Units Folder
- Copy all the C3C WWII units to the Art\Units Folder
If you need help doing this, contact me.
NOTE: The scenario first setup takes a LOT of time (>30min), most of it with a black screen so don't be suprised.
HOUSE RULES
- Max of 6 planes per airfield
- No trading with the AI on turn1
- No Razing\Abandon cities. Only the AI can do it.
