Game setup will be basically left to normal except the size will be big due to the number of players. Make sure your SMTP address is correct and works. I look forward to be setting this up.

I have a lot of people Emailing me and messaging me asking questions. I figured I say a few things here to help this along. I have a forum on my domain that is available to everyone thats going to play this PBEM. It is located at www.jscarpenter.net
Use it freely. As for rules of the match, its hard to govern any. I just would like to have atleast 1 turn per 24 hours. And yes, this is going to be a long game. Please understand that. Also, you can use the forum I have provided. You can use instant messengers. Email. Whatever you have access. But remember, you may start out friends. Or team up during game. Chat and plot your tactics by email, instant messenger, and forum. But as they say, their can only be 1 winner. Thats what makes it fun. Feel free to email me anytime.
