Well, it looks like another little snag.

I suppose we should wait to see if Kake's brother can fix Kake's compy. Please keep us updated, Kake. We'll start looking for a replacement if your brother isn't successful.

I still haven't heard anything from Kake regarding his old PC, or the timing of buying a new one.

Is everyone patient enough to wait, or should I start lining up a replacement player?

If I find a replacement player, I will let them know that Kake may want to rejoin the game, in which case the new player will have to allow Kake to take over - the same situation as with General_W taking over for Boc4j.

Thoughts?

I'm happy to let you do whatever you like Peter. I confess I'm starting to lose interest because of the interruptions and changes.

Update:
I've contacted Kake, asking him about the prospects of resuming the game. I will be seeking replacement players unless he advises me not to.

Erik, I completely sympathize with you. As the game admin, my primary goal is to keep the game moving, by keeping interest up. If I fail to keep interest up, it's only natural that people wander away from the game.

Ideally we'll see the game start to move again in about a week.

Here's a note I just got from Kai:

Hello,

I might get my older PC back. The power was broken in it. My bro switched some parts between my 2 comp and managed to get 1 working. If i´m lucky i will get it back today and will be back in the game tomorrow. If u don't hear from me in couple of days u can go ahead and get me replaced.
