Well, after nearly a month, this poll will be closed and unstickied soon.

Can we get some informations about that ?
- PLAYERS
- not all PBEM players that can be seen around this forum voted but we know there are at least 31 CFC PBEM players who voted, who play in one game or more.
The huge majority (66% if we include players who were playing in one game at the voting time but have joined at least another since that) plays in 2 to 5 PBEMs which seems a good number for the variety of topics and to have a quite continuous flow of PBEM turns, even if one were to stall for a while or if some are not going real fast.
Which also means the one-PBEM players are usually more in-between or newbees rather than the choice of focusing only on one game (which might be dangerous if the game stalls).
Then the higher the number of PBEMs the lower the number of players :
20% play between 6 and 10 games
10% between 11 and 19 games
10 % 20 or more....
So if quantity = quality our gods are Akots (also at CDZ), ChrisiusMaximus (but mostly at Apolyton) and our local Dogboy (who apparently has been around longer than most people).
23 % (of active CFC players) also play on other sites and 20% also play "private" PBEMs that are agreed between players without using the CFC platform.
Not surprisingly, the "big" players are often the ones that play on different sites, which probably offers a wider range of PBEMs and differnt playstyles.

I did not expect people who left the PBEM world to be still around here to vote bt I left that question just in case.
The only player who felt concerned left for matters independant from his will and came back which does not question the PBEM style or the community.
- LURKERS : You are free to lurk of course and we hope that it will interest you enough that you will sign in a PBEM and join us. Ask if you have any question or feel uncomfortable with something. And if you are waiting for a special PBEM (a scenario for instance), you can always say in in that thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=99516) so you can be contacted if such a PBEM is started or it can even initiate the starting of such a PBEM.

I am shocked at how many PBEMs I am playing ATM. I am playing 16 right now with one more to come, that being the Great Armada. Overall, I have played 26. Only one has actually been completed to the finish. One I pulled out because I was doing very badly and it was better to allow the person to go onto the next stage of the competition. I have had four that have failed. I also am playing a few PBEMs over at CDZ. One is different to most games. It is a game for four players where each player has two civs each.
