I just played and have indeed now got rifles and the ability to draft them! Plus I still have 3 GP in reserve for GAs...

Ok Hercules and ruff_hi, this is our last chance to stop Greece from winning. If England falls Muff does not have to worry about war on two fronts, he will capture critical wonders such as ND.
