If it any consolation - not that I expect it is - I first attacked Ruff who managed to make the odds unappealing.
Before that it was vegetate or do something. But now I have lebensraum.

I could understand the logic of such an attack ... but to became ally with a former enemy who is stronger and also may benefit more than you from a war is something which I don't get at all ... and it's not first time when this happen to me ...

If you see his situation there was no logic at all to attacking herc. Especially as he was at war with methinkso already, and from looking at the power logs probably could have perhaps completely taken methinkso out if he had pushed them all in one big attack...

Playing as Korea with its catapult replacement is sometimes a bore. My +melee catapults keep on defending against axes (I also have longbows and elephants in the stack) ... and dying .
