Our towns with barracks are committed to swordsmen training, but we are weak compared with all ai tribes on our continent.
The only tribe we are strong in comparison to, is an ally.
Would that it were the other way round.

The Dutch are cautious, but have several veteran and elite warriors just outside our territory.
If we can withstand the next 20 turns, a new generation of strong defenders will become available.

Things are moving more quickly, but it is very boring.
I am just trying to grow as fast as possible. I now have libraries, so I should be churning out science. CoL will arrive soon, and The Republic after that. I can only attack the Aztecs on my continent. I'll have to discover the other civs asap. Perhaps GreyBeard can help.
