I was wondering when this was going to happen.

The question is, what will he do now that he can't build anymore cities?

Interesting that a war on the other continent is not worth being mentioned here...

I'm sorry. I really don't know what is supposed to be said in the thread when I start a war. I have never posted that sort of thing. What should I say? I sent GreyBeard the battle report as is common to do (at least, that is what I heard).

I have been at war on and off with the Aztecs all game. As for human opponents, the last time I tried to start a war against another player, that player immediately quit and the whole game ended. I was very nervous to even start this war (since I had never started a player-to-player war that lasted more than half a turn), but this game is already over, and I am just pushing my hopeless culture strategy to it furthest extreme, before our continent is overrun in how ever long it is before the other continent decides to land their troops.

What should I post here about the war? It was an unprovoked attack for the purpose of gaining land. I would have been able to push the attack farther if I had more troops. However, I needed the ability to keep what I gained, so I stopped where I did. I really don't want to reveal more, since it could give away important information.

Sorry, this was not intended as some harsh criticism. Just a "I declared war on the English" is enough. If you don't want to post battle reports, we don't want to force you to.

It's really bad behaviour to drop a game just due to being attacked. People must be aware that in this game war is the most common way to end it...

No problem. I still feel new to PBEM since none of my games have involved player-to-player conflict. Until this turn, the Aztecs and the Iroquois were the only civs I had ever fought. From the behavior of other players, I almost got the feeling that no attacks could be against human players if there was an equally attractive AI civ to fight.

After a long and reasonably friendly relationship with the Summerians, England was surprised to be the subject of a massive and unprovocked attack by our former allies. In this, our darkest hour, the English Monarchy :king: :queen: call upon all citizens to resist the invader with all means possible. The English economy has been put on a war time footing.
