Hey, classical, if you're still watching this thread, I've got my first criticism of this map for you:

After doing some exploring, I've found that one of the civs started the game with a Flood Plain wheat tile in their capital city radius, while I don't have any flood plains on my continent! Please tell me the other continent doesn't have coal or something.

Guys, I am going on holiday today for the next 2 weeks. I will be unable to play any turns until next Friday (26th Oct) as I am on the move. From next friday I will be able to play from my hotmail account (which Semental uses anyway).

Speak to you soon.

Sorry for the delay. I'm back and playing again.

Greekguy, can I give your Galley some directions? It seems to be lost. ;)

You're going to complain that my galley is exploring in your waters? Your goddman Dromons mercilessly bombarded my coast, so I think you at least owe me this much.

Greekguy, I wasn't complaining. It was a genuine offer from a peaceful neighbour. Do you need directions? ;) Your galley looks a little lost :D

My Dromons only bombarded your coast after a formal declaration of war. It can hardly be called a merciless attack.

My galley is exploring, and it looks like it was a good thing it did.

As i rounded that last bend, my Greek sailors discover a stack of MDIs and Dromons sitting offshore, apparently getting ready to ferry them to my lands.

Care to explain or should I just start sinking your ships? :hammer:

I know that such playful remarks are keeping our thread one of the most lively on this whole board, but at some point these discussions are becoming far too much like diplomacy. I would think that some of this should be done by email.
